For this inspection service we will arrive on-site and perform an inspection of the home's septic system.

We will inspect the readily accessible portions of the septic system and provide quality information regarding your septic system including how to best care for it. Discounts available when bundled with another service.

For this service, we will collect samples of vermiculite present in the home to be sent off to test
for the presence of asbestos at an accredited laboratory.

For this inspection service we will arrive on-site and perform a thorough visual inspection of your home for evidence of mould, and if necessary take mould samples to best identify any mould spores or strains in the home so that you can make an informed decision with how to best deal with it. Additional $100.00 per sample taken.
